Certified professional photographer with QAP certificate
Since December 2013, professional photography has no longer been considered a "regulated trade" under the Trade Code. The former master craftsman examination for photographers has been replaced by the QAP certificate.
The QAP exam (Qualified Austrian Photographer) is now the new proof of quality for trained and qualified professional photographers. Successful completion of the 3-day certification exam also entitles the holder to use the trademarked title “Qualified Austrian Photographer (QAP)” .
It is currently the highest qualification possible in Austrian photography.
That is why I am particularly pleased that in 2015 I was one of the first 10 photographers in Austria to be awarded this certificate by the Austrian Federal Guild of Professional Photographers.

Successful recertification 2019 - QAP quality certificate
The Qualified Austrian Photographer (QAP) certificate was created to professionalize the freelance profession of professional photography.
The 2019 recertification demonstrated that SARA BUBNA photography meets the requirements and competencies set out in the "Certified Professional Photographer" (ZBF) quality program and is able to perform professionally quality-oriented activities in the field of expertise, taking into account the organization's corporate obligations.
The successfully completed examination was confirmed with a personal certificate in accordance with ÖNORM EN ISO/IEC 17024 and is valid until June 2023.
